This course is for anyone who wants to overcome the mental barriers that consistently trip them up. Learn how to stay positive, have a clear vision and focus, develop calmness and belief, and build the habits you need to achieve your aspirations and perform at your best. In the course we will cover:

  • How to manage your mindset and make it work for you.
  • How to set goals and commit to them.
  • How to focus, be aware when you are off target and how to re-focus again.
  • How to develop a process over outcome mentality and why it’s important.
  • How to create calmness and belief in yourself.
  • How to build supportive habits and routines.

Mental performance is one of the most under-utilised tools out there, despite all its benefits. So, if you’ve been leaving how your mind works to chance, it’s time to start actively working on it and give yourself the best chance of bettering the competition, achieving your aspirations or simply just being the best version of yourself possible!

This is a one-on-one course consisting of 6 1-hour sessions over 6-12 weeks. The sessions can be either in person or via video call. After each session you will be provided with strategies to follow, as well as everything you need to implement them. Follow up emails will be sent out between sessions, and you are, of course, encouraged to ask any questions you have in the meantime. Each session will focus on a particular coaching point, but these will all be tailored to help you with your individual situation and goals.
