This can be quite varied as we take an individual approach to each person but roughly it will often cover the following:
Medical professionals will typically support you in diagnosis, treatment, and getting back to essential activities. This sometimes isn’t enough to get you back to doing the activities you love, playing sport or being highly active.
This is where we come in. Our coaching is about taking you from initial treatment to longer term, lasting habits that make you feel confident and joyful about being active again.
We love collaborating and are always happy to coordinate what we’re doing with your medical team.
We recommend about 3-6 months. When dealing with movement and lifestyle habits it can take a bit of time to make the necessary changes and for the body to adjust to them. There is some trial and error to get things right and it’s not uncommon of there to be some setbacks or for life to get in the way a bit. Of course some people get results faster than that and some, especially more complex cases, can take longer. There is no minimum contract length though, so if something isn’t working for you, or if you get your results nice and quick there is no obligation to stay training with us.
After 6 months we’d be hopeful of having you at your goal (as long as the timeframe was realistic) or at least very close. At this point you could choose one of 3 main options:
The biggest benefit of continuing is that we can equip you with a lot of the practical knowledge you’ll need to be able to look after yourself. We won’t be able to cover all the various movement and lifestyle topics in 6 months, but with 12 plus months we can cover enough ground to put you on the path to being your own unique movement expert!
The majority of our coaching is done in person at our gym, but we can also do online sessions in some circumstances. Please contact us for more information.

Our prices range from Free up to £500 per month. It completely depends on the level of support and frequency of training you require. We go through all the details with you at end of your Intro Session once we’ve worked out the best direction for you to head in.
